Auto-CAD, Pro-E, Solidworks,UG and Master-cam, etc.
- Q2: What kinds of formats can you accept for a quotation ?

2D (DXF , DWG , PDF ); 3D ( IGS , STP ,PRT ,X_T ).
- Q3: What kind of steel do you use for molds & Dies?

We can use all types of steel appointed by customer. Usually we use Swedish ASSAB, German EDEL, Japanese
DAIDO and our home brand, such as LKM.
- Q4: Where do you buy the steel and the mold bases ?

Usually we buy the steel from LKM Company and Ming-lee Company,and the former is the largest supplier in Asia.
- Q5: How do you maintain your morden advanced machines ?

We appoint our experienced and skilled staff to maintain these machines
- Q6: How often do you inspect your machines and tools ?

For huge and complex instruments, we check their precision and function every 3 months. For small ones,2 months.
- Q7: Do you have secondary operation for your metal stampings or die castings ?

Yes, we have, such as machining, zinc plating, chrome plating, tumble deburring powder coating, painting, shot
blasting, packaging and sub-assembly.
- Q8: What kind of plastic molds are you skilled at ?

They are many, such as unscrewing molds, insert molds, over molds, molds for configuration parts and multifarious
crusts and so on.
- Q9: What kind of plastic injection molds are you skilled at ?

- Q10: What kind of hot-runner do you use for plastic injection molds ?

Usually we use YUDO, HASCO,MOULD-TIP. Of course, we can use others as client's demand.
- Q11: Do you have some added sevices for plastic injection mouldings?

Yes, we have, such as painting, silk screening, pad screening, engraving, ultrasonic welding,packaging
sub-assembly and so on
- Q12: What kind of plastic materials are you skilled at ?

POM, POM+X%GF, PA6, PA6+X%GF, PA66, PA66+X%GF, PA12, PMMA, PC, PVC, PET
PE (LDPE & HDPE), PP, PP+X%GF, PPS, HIPS, TPE, TPR, TPU and other common plastic materials.
- Q13: How do you monitor your process?

We have a project manager to handle your project progress with the help of a project engineer,and to communicate
with you every week by providing an updated information.
- Q14: Which precision grade can you reach ?

For plastic injection mold making, the precision that we can assure is " ±1 μm to ± 10 μm ".
For injection mouled plastic parts, the precision that we can assure is " ± 10 μm ".
For sheet metal stamping die making,the precision that we can assure is " ±10 μm to ± 100 μm ".
For sheet metal stamped parts,the precision that we can assure is " ±10 μm to ± 100 μm ".
For die casting die making, the precision that we can assure is " ±10 μm to ± 100 μm ".
For Al or Zn die casting parts, the precision that we can assure is " ±10 μm to ± 100 μm ".
- Q15: Do you use carbon or copper to be electrode?

We always use copper. If necessary, we may use carbon electrode.
- Q16: Which process do you think is the most important in mold & die making?

We think every process is important.
- Q17: Can you provide the steel certificate and heat-treatment certificate?

Yes, we can. The steel supplier and heat-treatment factory can provide these certificates.
- Q18: Can you provide the aluminium, brass, copper, zinc & alloy certificates ?

Yes, we can.
